- Obtain a student application from our website or the school’s Front Office.
- Complete the application and return it in person, via email, or by mail to Sculptor Charter School.
Important note: if your child is a student of an educational program other than Brevard County Public Schools, (i.e., out of area, private school, or home education), or you are interested in applying for our Middle School Program (grades 6th-8th), please see below:
Non-BPS Student- applicants will need to provide copies of the following with their application
- Birth Certificate (proof of age)
- Grade Eligibility (prior schooling)
- Home Education Annual Evaluation (signed by a certified teacher) and/or work samples (if applicable)
Sculptor Charter School’s Middle School Program (grades 6th-8th)
(Additional documentation is requested in order to appropriately place middle school students according to their academic needs)
Please provide copies of the following with application:
- Report Cards- current school year; include previous year, if available
- Standardized Test Scores- BPS students can find these in FOCUS
- Teacher Recommendation Letters (2)- needed for Honors eligibility
- Course Selection Sheet- if available
