Free Dental Treatment - 2/6 thru 2/9
The Brevard County Dental Society is participating in the American Dental Association’s annual event for improving access to care for children. The screenings for this event will take place on the following dates:
- Monday, 02/06/2012, 8am - 5pm at Melbourne Health Department
- Tuesday, 02/07/2012, 8am - 5pm at Titusville Health Department
- Wednesday, 02/08/2012, 8am - 5pm at Rockledge Health Department
- Thursday, 02/09/2012, 8am - 5pm at Rockledge Health Department
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR EXAMINATION & TREATMENT!
Your child may qualify if the following apply:
- You are available to bring your child for treatment
- Your family is financially disadvantaged
- Your child does not have dental insurance
- Your child is currently having tooth pain
- Your child is not currently under the care of a dentist
- Your child has dental needs not currently being treated
- Your child does not qualify for Medicaid coverage
- Your child is 3-18 years old
YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN NO WALK-INS
